現行UKジャズシーンを代表するエズラ・コレクティヴのメンバーとしても高く評価され、これまでに盟友ヌバイア・ガルシアとの共演、ジョルジャ・スミス / モーゼス・ボイド / ジョージア・アン・マルドロウらとのコラボレーションやフィーチャリング、高次元のソングライティングやキーボーディストとしての活動など多岐に渡り才覚を発揮。近年では自身のレーベル「Aquarii Records」からダブをテーマにしたシリーズ作品『Wrong Side Of Town』、ジャマイカの伝説的DJランキン・ジョーとの共作『Ceasefire』をリリース。ダブ、ヒップホップ、ファンク/ソウル、ジャズの要素を融合させる唯一無二のスタイルで世界中の音楽ファンを魅了するジョーが贈るパフォーマンスをお見逃しなく！

London-based virtuoso keyboard player, composer, collaborator, and producer Joe Armon-Jones is set to take to venues across Japan in November as “TSUBAKI fm presents Joe Armon-Jones Japan Tour 2024.”

Known for his innovative fusion of dub, hip-hop, funk/soul, and jazz, Joe’s unique sound captivates music fans worldwide and has solidified his reputation as a leading figure in the UK jazz scene. In addition to his work as a member of Mercury Prize-winning Ezra Collective, he has collaborated with close associate Nubya Garcia, and featured in projects with Jorja Smith, Moses Boyd, Georgia Anne Muldrow, and many others, all showcasing his extraordinary talent as both a keyboardist and a songwriter.

In recent years, Joe has continued to expand his creative horizons with the release of his long-awaited album “Archetype” with Maxwell Owin in addition to a dub-themed series titled “Wrong Side of Town” and a collaborative work with legendary Jamaican DJ Ranking Joe titled “Ceasefire” through his own label, Aquarii Records.
